 A. David Berman is the principal at Berman L.E. Group, LLC. David has been involved in law enforcement for over four decades. As a municipal police officer, member of an emergency services unit, state constable, police academy instructor, as well as a nationally recognized defensive tactics and impact tool instructor. David’s involvement in training and using police gear and equipment led him to become a manufacturers’ representative for various police products.

Currently, Berman L.E. Group, LLC (BLEG) represents Combined Systems Inc. in the northeast United States. In PA, NJ, and NY BLEG represents Rapid Force Holsters by Alien Gear; Revision Eyewear; Gamber Johnson; Strongsuit Gloves, and ISBI Armor for Police Vehicles

David has served Combined Systems as both a manufacturers’ rep and as a master instructor teaching the company’s Instructor Certification Program (ICP) since 2002. Additionally, he is an instructor for the Public Safety Training Institute at Luzerne County Community College.

Educationally, David graduated from Bowling Green State University (Ohio) with a Master of Science degree in criminal justice and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in business education from Wilkes College. A graduate of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Basic Police Training Course and the PA State Constable Basic Training Course and has also completed numerous specialized criminal justice courses.
